Felting – weaving - spinning – knitting – dyeing wool

Sheep cheese, vegetables, herbs, potatoes, arts and crafts from our own wool and spirits are generated on the Trimmingerhof in Sauerfeld.

The large herb garden invites the visitor to stay.
The diverse economy in harmony with nature is our main concern.

You are welcome to visit us or attend one of our courses.

Opening times:

Tuesday from 18.00 to 20.00
Saturdays from 9am to 12:00 or by arrangement.
